Will Jones is the former Head Men’s Basketball Coach at North Carolina A&T State University, where he led the Aggies to championship success and national recognition. During his tenure, Koach Jones guided the program to a regular-season MEAC Championship, a postseason tournament appearance, and was named **MEAC Coach of the Year** in 2020.

With over 20 years of coaching experience at the Division I level, Jones has built a reputation as a passionate teacher of the game, an elite recruiter, and a mentor who develops both players and people. He has worked with and developed athletes who have gone on to play professionally in the NBA and overseas.

Now, through Konnect Basketball Academy, Coach Jones brings his knowledge, experience, and leadership directly to the next generation of players. His mission is to provide athletes with high-level skill development, mental toughness training, and a personalized roadmap to achieve their goals on and off the court.
